We offer differentshipping methods to deliver our products over the globe safely and quickly.We work withUPS, DHL, EMS, Swiss PostandHongKong Post.You can choose the shipping method you like.However, if your order contains too many branded products, we may deliver it via different couriers in order to avoid the customs problem. And we will inform you the situation before real shipping happens, so please keep in touch with our salesgirls.
You can also choose "Pick Up", which means that you take the goods directly from our warehouse without paying shipping fee.
If you need us to ship the goods to your Chinese partner or Chinese forwarder, please kindly tell us his/her contact information, including name, address and phone number. We will ship your order to him/her as you require, but please note we will not bear the shipping fee.
The shipping time depends on the goods you order and the shipping method youchoose. Generally speaking, your order will be shipped out within 1~3 days after payment being confirmed.
After your order is shipped out, the delivery time solely depends on the shipping method you choose. So please pay attention to the delivery time of each international courier before you choose.

The shipping cost depends on the distance between your location and China and the shipping method you choose.You can calculate your shipping cost by clicking the “Calculate Shipping Cost” button beside the “Add to Cart” button on each product page, or on the checkout page before payment.The shipping costs for different shipping methods will be displayed clearly. Warranty and Return Policy
We always try to provide perfect products and services. We guarantee that all orders are tested before shipment, especially for LCD and touch digitizers.However, if you receive our goods defective, we have warranty and return policy to protect your rights.
Most of the products are guaranteed with one-year warranty, spare parts with seven-day warranty. You can return the products back to us if you are not fully satisfied with them within the warranty.
1. All returns must be sent back within 7 days of receipt. A valid tracking number is requested to prove the date of returning.
2. We only accept products in their original conditions. We are not responsible for any breaking, scratch or loss caused by poor packing, unreasonable laying, nor responsible for mis-used or assembled parts.
3. All returns must be informed with TVC acknowledgement before return. Pleaseinform our correspondent sales in advance before return. She will give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which should be marked clearly on the returning box. A box without RMA number is not acceptable.
4. Returns should be made by mail post service, no DHL, no UPS nor TNT. There must be a tracking number which could be followed on relative website. Otherwise, we’re not responsible for any duties on China side.
5. Refund will be made 3 days within receiving because we need time to check or repair.
6. Customer is responsible for return postage and TVC responsible for postage re-sending.
7. We reserve the right to reject services that would void the warranty and return policy, or if the products are damaged by customers.
8. Returns must be sent with below contact information. We’re not responsible for any return marked wrong receiver or wrong address.

4.Can I apply two types of discounts or more simultaneously?
Basically, only one type of discount is allowed for one specific item. For instance, if there is quantity discount and special discount for single item, the system will choose the bigger discount for you. Or if you have already asked for quantity discount, coupon codes will not do and vice versa.
How to drop ship from TVC-Mall
We embrace dropship order for all our registered customers with no extra charges. Just choose the items you want to order for your customer from our site and fill in the shipping address as your customer’s. Your order will be processed fast upon payment.
1.Will there be any info of your company on or within the package?
No. No invoice or logo will appear in the package so that your customer will not know the source of the items or the price you paid for.
2.How to handle the issues of custom and taxes?
Your customer will be responsible for all custom or taxes, so you are supposed to inform your customer of the potential duty issues.
3.What is your return policy for drop shipping?

4.How can I download the images without logo on your site?
We offer product images without logo for free once you have bought from us. You would like this if you are a wholesaler, drop shipper or a reseller.
Upon your order and payment confirmed, you will be able to download the images you need. Follow the simple steps below:
1. Sign in your account;
2. Click the menu “My Order” to see your order list;
3. Click “get pictures” to download the images of the product you’ve ordered. The following screenshot is for your reference.
If you are Returning Customer and in need of images of the products you haven’t ordered, contact our salesperson and list the products for which you want to download the images. Our salesperson would supply the images you need. Be sure to install Winrar if you cannot open the compressed files.
TVC Points Policy
What are TVC Points?
TVC pointsare a kind of rewards for our registered customers. You need to register and login your account to collect or use TVC points.TVC points cannot be cashed, but they can be converted to balance and redeem items on our website, once your points have been accumulated to no less than 10.The exchange rate from TVC points to US dollars may vary according to the TVC points you have. See rules below:

How to Earn TVC Points?
It’s easy to earn TVC points as long as you’re a registered customer. There’re 3 ways to earn it.
A.Place an Order.
Any order with value (shipping fee excluded) no less than $100 is qualified to get TVC points. Orders which are applied discounts or coupons are not qualified for TVC points.An order with value of $100 will collect 1 TVC point.On the basis of $100, every additional $50 can collect 0.5 point. No points collected if the additional value is less than $50.For instance: $200.01~$249.99 order = 2 points; $250.00~$299.99 order = 2.5 points.
B.Introduce a new customer.
There’s another way to earn TVC points: introduce a new customer to us to collect points.If you introduce a new customer to us, you can get 0.5 point every time he gets 1 point. This system can work only when the new customer write down your registered email when he register.The source of your points and use record will be shown to you, but the new customer’s order information will not be shown to you or any other third-parties.
Please note that the process is not cyclic, which means you will not get points if the new customer you introduced introduce another new customer to us. For instance, A introduces B, and B introduces C. Soif C gets 10 points, B can get 5 points but A will not get points.
C. Write a review about TVC Mall.
We would love to hear about your reviews about our products and services.So we decided to offer some TVC points as a reward if you would write down a review about us.To protect your privacy, we will not display your full name on our website, only the first 3 letters.
If you are one of the first 3 customers who write comments for a product, you will be rewarded with 0.2 points for each comment.If you are the 4thto 10th customers who write comments for a product, you will be rewarded with 0.1 points for each comment.Each customer can get maximum 5 points per day.
How to Use TVC Points?
On the basis of at least 10 TVC points, you can use the points to balance and redeem items on our website.You can check or convert your current points on “My Scores & Balance” from your account. After converting your points into balance, you can use the balance to pay your order.
